The carriage in the top pressure picks up the sides after the turning process and guides them into the pressing area. It holds the side until the pressing process.

CABTEQ T-500
The vacuum holding arms make it easier to insert the shelves by holding the shelves vertically. In addition, suction cups are installed on the arms to stabilise the rear wall. The holding arms are positioned via servo axes.

The CABTEQ T-500 is a joining press for horizontal carcasses, in which the individual parts are fed manually or automatically. The carcase sides are automatically transported into the press with the aid of the turner, while the shelves, crossbars and rear panel are usually inserted manually, but can also be inserted fully automatically. The CABTEQ T-500 is integrated into the final assembly environment.
Features
Precisely adjustable pressing force allows pressing of carcasses with sensitive surfaces, thin-walled or small carcasses.
The main dimensions of length and height are scanned by sensors when the carcase is fed in and enable automatic positioning of the top pressure and the side pressure elements.
Electrical instead of pneumatic weight compensation of the upper pressure enables energy savings of up to 50 percent.
Pressing is centered on the zero line on the operator side. This means that the body is completely accessible to the operator.
