With the new destacking variant, we are reducing the overall height and effort involved: The robot destacks cut workpieces directly onto floor-level pallets with a protection board.
For even greater performance and efficiency, destacking on self-lowering lifting tables is also possible.

The SAWTEQ S-300/S-310 flexTec models deliver powerful performance, high speed and reliable technology. Thanks to the hybrid machine design, you can switch flexibly between automated robot mode and manual operation. In robot mode, you can produce batch size 1 with high efficiency and without the need for personnel; in manual mode, you benefit from maximum processing freedom, for example when cutting very thin materials. With the SAWTEQ S-300/S-310 flexTec, you get future-proof technology that is available as a single saw with or without a lifting table. Good to know: Starting now, you can choose between two stacking options - floor-level on pallets or on self-lowering lifting tables.

Monitoring of cutting quality: This technology regularly checks possible edge breaks and reliably evaluates them based on predefined warning and limit values.
Power Concept Premium (can be used in manual mode)
The Power Concept Premium clamp positions the last strip at the cutting line while the program fence fetches the next panel or the next book of panels from the lifting table. This increases productivity by up to 40%, significantly shortens work cycles and sustainably reduces costs per cut.
Semi-automatic stack outfeed
Developed for the destacking variant with lowerable lifting tables, this option enables longer autonomous robot operation. Stacks are automatically moved out of the storage area of the robot, which doubles the number of stacks produced until the next stack change.
Fully automatic stack outfeed
Designed for the destacking variant with lowerable lifting tables, this option enables robotic operation without operator intervention. Produced parts are stacked on pallets or protection boards, which are transported out of the danger zone via roller conveyors.
