We are pleased to announce to all our customers and partners that we have expanded our service and sales network with offices in Ruse and Sofia. Working continuously to improve our services, responsive time for field service actions, and professional advice on equipment purchases, the MOS Robotics team has a long-term plan to increase our service centers in multiple cities in Bulgaria.
Our vision for professional support includes the expansion of service technician teams by city, allowing us to respond to service requests the same day or within 24 hours. We currently have teams in Varna, Ruse and Sofia and in the long term we will increase the number of service technicians in these cities and open offices in other major cities for the industry. Our service technicians are servicing machines and equipment of HOMAG Group, KUKA Robotics and Universal Robots in Bulgaria and abroad, assisting as part of our hotline when they are in the offices or on-site at our customers' production bases.
Each MOS Robotics office is equipped with a spare parts warehouse, which is managed by automated software systems to replenish minimum quantities of consumables according to the equipment used by our customers in the region. Our long term goal is preventative maintenance and consumables available at each service vehicle or office, speeding response times and reducing equipment downtime.
All customers and partners are always welcome at our offices where we can professionally advise you on future purchases, equipment servicing and up to date software systems and services we offer.
