Lacquering
Pressurized spray cabin with intake and exhaust fans controlled via VFD. Spray cabin is pressurized via top and side curtain walls. Deep side exhaust bins give the air flow geometry of a downdraft style air flow. Ensure best possible clean spray zone.
Integrated spray gun washing system keeps the spray guns tip in top spraying condition. A discharge pipe is used for when changing colours thought the circuits. To minimize the “flush spray” between coating changes.
Evolution can be fitted with various types of spray gun plate holders. Quick coupling makes the change out of these spray gun plates quick and easy.
The Evolution series is available in paper and recovery transport system. The “Next-Gen” recovery system (Makor patented design) is design to work with a number of coatings type for those application where coating recovery is important.
Evolution Series state-of-the-art 3D scanning and movement brings “Hand Spray” quality to automated production level processing. Able to process parts up to 300mm tall.
The Makor Evolution series 5 axis scanning and movement is the next-gen to automated finishing application. Available in singe or dual arm. The EVO series can match the most demanding finishing application quality while maintaining a “traditional” production level throughput. Innovative 3D parts scanning system brings, the operation of the EVO is straight forward and easy to use. We much more complicated parts need to be sprayed, the CADMAK software can be supplied where the operator can program their specific spray path for complicated shapes.
