CNC processing: Groundbreaking solutions from entry-level to ultra-dynamic high-end

A mix of innovations and enhancements for CNC processing will be showcased at HOMAG Treff 2026. A new solution for dynamic 6-sided drilling will be unveiled, alongside advanced nesting. In some cases, this will be supplemented by robotics to support handling. The offering will be rounded off by a new window production function and processing table for high-end console machines.

DRILLTEQ V-110 — 5 m², that's all it needs.

The new DRILLTEQ V-110 model will be on site for the first time. It is the new entry-level solution for vertical CNC processing, and, like its predecessor the DRILLTEQ V-200, this machine boasts an compact installation area — while also retaining extensive and customizable processing options. In particular, woodworking shops and small businesses benefit from the vertical layout. With a footprint of just under 5 m², the compact CNC center handles key steps in cabinet processing. It is suitable for just-in-time production as well as for special construction in larger companies. The processing range has been expanded: Workpieces with thicknesses of 8 to 70 mm, widths of 50 to 850 mm and lengths of 200 to 2500 mm (optional 3050 mm) can now be flexibly processed. The PC87 control unit generation is new to this design class and will in future offer the same customizable setting options as the other DRILLTEQ models from HOMAG. Operators can select any of the various drilling gears and various other options to suit their requirements, adding value in terms of flexibility. There are no rigid combinations or assignments here. The standard version of the machine features eight vertical and six horizontal drilling spindles. The machine also has a groove saw and a 10-kW trimming unit. In furniture construction applications, if the clamp positions the workpiece from the vertically movable units without a vacuum, the machine will not be caught unaware. Classic dowel drill holes, continuous rear wall grooves, pocket processing or furniture connectors such as cam or Clamex P fixtures — the processing range ensures that the machine can handle it all. A four-slot tool changer adds to the high level of flexibility and the range of application options offered in such a small footprint.

DRILLTEQ H-230 — the entry-level solution for 6-sided processing

The DRILLTEQ H-230 offers complete 6-sided drilling. The machine is available as a standalone solution for joineries or as part of a production line for industrial production. Workpiece dimensions from a length of 250–3050 mm and a width of 60–1250 mm are not a challenge here. The workpieces are positioned perfectly by CNC-controlled clamps. Workpieces with a thickness of 8 to 40 mm can be processed with ease. Long service life, low wear and maximum precision. The established HOMAG Group drilling technology ensures the highest possible processing quality in the long term and retains its high level of quality even after thousands of drilling procedures per year. The Weldon tool changer makes it easy to insert or change the drills. In addition, the automatic spindle clamping guarantees a precisely reproducible drilling depth. Regardless of the depth, the quality remains consistent, with a high repeat accuracy. The same is true of the four-slot tool changer with HSK interface. It is easy to produce bore holes or pockets.

DRILLTEQ H-230 — premium version automates processes

The new configuration of the DRILLTEQ H-230 with the "premium package," which will be available from the launch of HOMAG Treff 2026, offers automated 6-sided drilling. This package contains everything required for furniture production. This DRILLTEQ H-230 is ideal for medium and large batch sizes. Loading and unloading takes place quickly via a roller conveyor. Each workpiece is uniquely identified using barcodes to ensure the smooth flow of parts. The machine adapts automatically to these specifications.

DRILLTEQ H-610 — the hub of acceleration for 6-sided processing.

The DRILLTEQ H-610's debut at the HOMAG Treff in Schopfloch is also being referred to as "Welcome to Formula Drill." The DRILLTEQ H-610 impresses with its highly dynamic operation, innovative workpiece handling, high level of automation and a wide range of processing options. Ideal for batch size 1 production. The two overlapping pairs of clamps ensure virtually seamless production. Operations are practically in the fast lane, with waiting times reduced to a minimum. This machine performs to the max with a full load, all while ensuring there is no compromise when it comes to feeding, preparation, the processing itself as well as the transport out. One added benefit for process reliability is the standardized assessment of workpiece length, width and thickness. The automatic measurement is taken during every feed process. The machine is well equipped, with up to 112 drilling spindles, two groove saws and a C axis with unit interface. To prepare for assembly and maximum process reliability, the dowel is also inserted on this machine.

The DRILLTEQ H-610 offers cabinet production at top speed and steers production into the fast lane.

CENTATEQ P-100. The entry-level solution with 5-axis processing

The CENTATEQ P-100 is the latest addition to the HOMAG CNC processing center family, and has been available for a year now. Small and medium-sized businesses will benefit from the flexibility and performance of this entry-level machine. Compact and simple, with a wide range of equipment and processing options. A direct entry-level solution that supports the implementation of 3- to 5-axis technology. This exhibit offers flexibility in the choice of table size and boasts an assignable 2100-mm workpiece width and 1600-mm processing depth. The extensive range of processing options also creates flexibility. The drilling unit has a remarkable 21 vertical drilling spindles, 8 horizontal spindles and a pivoting groove saw. The eight-slot piggyback tool changer and the integrated tool management system optimize processing and maximize performance. With a strong focus on durability, this machine is built to deliver first-class results consistently. The low-vibration stand guarantees maximum precision and does not compromise on processing options. This machine combines reliability, productivity and user-friendliness with a high level of functionality.

CENTATEQ N-310 — advanced nesting

The CENTATEQ N-310 model for nesting processing is being presented for the first time. This new model delivers flexibility and performance in a compact footprint. The machine is for nesting and single-part or shaped-part processing. This means businesses will now be able to perform 5-axis processing as well as conventional nesting tasks in the mid-range class. This is made possible by a total permissible workpiece Z height of up to 260 mm, offering that little something extra in terms of the range of processing options. The latest machine complements the existing product range, which previously consisted of the N-210 and N-510 models. The machine will be showcased in single operation At HOMAG Treff, with a table size of 3180 × 2160 mm. Like the two established models, the new model will have a matrix table for sustainable vacuum. The fields can be controlled individually as required in order to conserve resources.

To reduce the footprint and address the demand for increasingly compact designs, the CENTATEQ N-310 will now have the switch cabinet integrated into the processing table. This reduces the footprint by 25%.

For customized processing at the workpiece, the machine is equipped with an eight-slot tool changer mounted on the spindle plus a fourteen-slot tool changer on the machine frame.

With the new "adaptive stopper system," the CENTATEQ N-310 nesting machine effectively becomes a second machine that can perform processing operations like those carried out on a console machine. A mobile stop plate is placed directly on the protection board and fixed by means of a vacuum. It has stop pins that create the zero point for clamping the workpieces using vacuum suction units.

With the CENTATEQ N-310, it is therefore possible even in the mid-range to undertake a wide range of
operations thanks to 3-, 4- and 5-axis processing — and all with the benefit of a compact installation area.

CENTATEQ P/E-310 — robotics and CNC grow together

With its new TEQBOT, HOMAG is expanding the CENTATEQ P/E-310 CNC series with a fully integrated robotics solution. The robot is fully integrated into the machine's established powerTouch control system and can be operated without the need for an additional cell control system or a separate robot panel. The result: Maximum user-friendliness, end-to-end processes and an unprecedented level of integration.

In contrast to conventional automation solutions, users no longer work with multiple control systems, jobs or software environments. The TEQBOT is operated directly via the machine control unit and uses the same operating concepts as the CNC machine itself. Anyone familiar with a HOMAG powerTouch control system can also operate the TEQBOT intuitively. Additional robotics knowledge is not required. All workflows are integrated into the usual machine environment and enable a quick route into automated production.

The deep software integration creates particular added value. The robot can take over processing tasks directly from the woodWOP program. Workpiece information is taken directly from the CNC programs, eliminating the need for additional interfaces or external data files. Stack formation is simply carried out via drag-and-drop in woodTrans and is based on the established operating logic of the NC center. This makes the entire automation workflow much simpler, more transparent and more secure.

The system concept combines the alignment, pre-milling and processing steps into an end-to-end workflow. The robot handles the components between the individual stations and ensures automated material flow. The solution is supplemented by an automatically adjustable cross rail and optional stations for pre-hogging. This allows a wide range of workpiece sizes to be processed flexibly and efficiently.

The TEQBOT also boasts practical functionality in daily operation. Abort situations and cleaning of the robot axis are fully integrated into the machine routine. A single softkey is all it takes to return the entire cell to the starting position from any other position. The CENTATEQ P/E-310 can be used in manual operation at any time. Once the robot is parked, the machine can be operated like a conventional CNC system.

With the TEQBOT, HOMAG is consistently pursuing the goal of making automation easier to access. The combination of powerful CNC technology, intelligent robotics and a fully integrated operating philosophy creates a solution that increases productivity while reducing complexity. CENTATEQ P/E-510 — new table with more functions

The CENTATEQ P/E-510 series redefines high-end CNC processing. It extends proven functions and options and delivers perfect machining results at high feed rates and loads. HOMAG CNC

technology sets standards for convenience and consistency in operation, with functions directly on the machine enclosure. Dynamic division of the pendulum field and scanner technology for protection.

The new series carries this on. More processing options thanks to a higher Z height and a dynamic, optical foot switch that automatically adapts to the workpiece size. Concealed console guide with extended travel range of the consoles, supplemented by new unit and table configurations.

High tool diversity and short chip-to-chip times together with flexible workflows are not mutually exclusive. The new configuration with 2 spindles with independent axes and a tool changer positioned across the machine combines this in one solution. In contrast to conventional solutions, where each spindle is assigned a fixed changer, both spindles can access the same changer independently of each other and insert and replace tools. With the CENTATEQ S-800/900, HOMAG is unveiling a processing center designed for highly automated window production. The machine combines all the key processing steps of window production in a single platform and facilitates cost-effective production of a wide range of workpieces, from conventional window elements to doors, curved components and unusual shapes.

The core of the machine concept is a powerful combination of processing, gripping and clamping equipment. This opens up new freedom when it comes to profile design and also enables parallel processing of multiple components. The result is reduced setup and throughput times and increased productivity for the production process as a whole.

The new machine platform delivers impressive performance with spindles that move independently on separate Y axes. This design allows performance increases of up to 15% and creates additional flexibility when handling complex processing tasks. The concept is supplemented by a permanently integrated tool changer with up to 32 tool slots. This means there is a significantly larger range of tools available directly in the machine than with previous versions, which reduces the number of tool changes and speeds up processing workflows.

The CENTATEQ S-800/900 also sets new standards for large workpieces. The new machine base enables processing of components for floor-to-ceiling windows in double-part clamping. In addition, workpieces with lengths of up to six meters can be processed via the automatic material flow. This makes the machine suitable for both conventional window elements and large-format components in modern building and facade construction.

Rapid tool changing plus automated feeding and removal of workpieces enables cost-effective end-to-end production. All processing steps are completed within an integrated workflow, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring reproducible results.

The system is supplemented by an upstream 4-sided planing machine for optimum preparation of the unprocessed parts. The combination of material preparation, automated feeding and comprehensive CNC processing creates an end-to-end production process for modern window production.
